Daniel Pearl Case acquitted suspect Hashim detained for 90 days
HYDERABAD: Qari Hashim Ali , an accused of Daniel Pearl murder case who was acquitted by court on 24th October,2014 , has been detained under the maintenance of public order( MPO-3).
An anti-terrorism court in Hyderabad Central Jail on Friday acquitted Qari Hashim in abduction and slaying case of the Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl in Karachi in 2002.
I.G. Jails Nusrat Hussain Mangan talking to media at Nara Jail in Hyderabad said that the government of Sindh has ordered detention of Qari Hashim for 90 days under the MPO.
He said that 85 dangerous prisoners have been imprisoned in Central Jail Hyderabad.
