Ehsan Ahmed Sehar receives Oxford University Certificate

London: July 1,(2021)President Rural Media Network Pakistan(RMNP) Ehsan Ahmed Sehar successfully completed seven weeks long Online course on ” International Standards of Freedom of Expression” which was organised by “The Bonavero Institute of Human Rights University of Oxford” and UNESCO from 10th May 2021 to 30th June 2021.He received his certificate from University of Oxford London, United Kingdom by email.

This course focused on Freedom of Expression and included five two hours modules, with lectures delivered by human rights experts and tailor-made course work on the following topics: General Principles and Scope, Limitations, Access to Information, Safety of Journalists and Digitalisation.

It was attended by judges, public prosecutors, press freedom advocates and media practitioners throughout the globe. This  online course was very useful and informative .In order to qualify for the certificate, each participant was bound to complete all 5 quizzes with at least 70 percent correct answers. President RMNP Ehsan Ahmed Sehar said that he was happy to view on course website that his answers were hundred percent correct. He appreciated Professor Dr Stefan Theil, Faculty of Law University of Oxford London for moderating this important course in an excellent manner. Ehsan Ahmed Sehar thanked to UNESCO for providing him this opportunity.
