RMNP resource person Nasir Hameed appointed as Director Public Relations Punjab government
Bahawalpur: Punjab government has appointed Nasir Hameed as Director Public Relations in place of Director RiazulHaq Bhatti who retired after the completion of his service in provincial Information department.
President RMNP Ehsan Ahmed Sehar along with Professor Dr Shehzad Rana of Media Studies Department Islamia University Bahawlpur presented a bouquet to newly appointed Director Public Relations Nasir Hameed on the behalf of the Rural Media Network Pakistan.
Nasir Hameeed thanked President RMNP Ehsan Ahmed Sehar and assured that all our efforts would be made to create cordial relations between media and government functionaries.
It is pertinent to mention that Mr Nasir Hameed remained a part of RMNP resource persons team for nine years which conducted dozens of training workshops in different remote areas of Pakistan from 2011 to 2019. These training sessions were organised in collaboration with UNESCO,Doha Centre for Media Freedom and Commonwealth Journalists Association.
