RMNP condemns attack on Jugnu Mohsin
Rural Media Network Pakistan(RMNP) has strongly condemned attack on leading Pakistani female journalist and Member of Punjab Assembly Jugnu Mohsin (born Syeda Maimanat Mohsin) by her opponents in Akhterabad area of Okara district of Punjab province when she was coming back to home after addressing a public rally in her constituency.
President Ehsan Ahmed Sehar demanded of Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar for the immediate arrest of the attackers and direct Inspector General Police to provide safety cover to Jugnu Mohsin on permanent basis.He hoped that alleged attackers will be dealt with an iron hand.
He also urged Interior Minister Sheikh Muhammad Rasheed to issue NOC for Armoured Vehicle which is urgent requirement for the security of Jugnu Mohsin. We do hope that Interior Ministry will address this NOC matter on the priority basis,President RMNP concluded.
