Ehsan Ahmed Sehar to Present 10th Journalist Support Cash Award with Honorary Shield on October 22

Daily Nawa-e-Ahmadpur Sharqia to Fund the Award; Total Value of Awards Since May 2026 Will Reach Rs. 100,000

Ahmadpur East – Journalists Alliance Pakistan is continuing its Journalist Support Cash Awards. Ehsan Ahmed Sehar, founder and media advisor of Journalists Alliance Pakistan and President of Rural Media Network Pakistan, will present another Journalist Support Cash Award of Rs. 10,000 to a journalist on October 22. The award will be given on behalf of his newspaper, Daily Nawa-e-Ahmadpur Sharqia.

The announcement was made in a press release issued by Daily Nawa-e-Ahmadpur Sharqia. According to the release, the journalist receiving the cash award will also be given an honorary shield by Journalists Alliance Pakistan.

With this award on October 22, the number of journalists from different areas of South Punjab who have received the award since May 2026 will reach ten. The total value of the awards will reach Rs. 100,000.
