Bursaries for journalists to attend IFAD conference
Thomson Reuters Foundation, through International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) funding and support, offers full bursaries for journalists to attend an IFAD conference in Rome — an event on innovative approaches to inclusive financing for rural transformation.
The conference will allow journalists who have an interest in rural peoples’ issues and development, access to high profile delegates, leading experts in the issues, including IFAD and UN technical experts, as well as many smallholder farmers who will be invited.
Applicants must be full-time journalists or regular contributors to a media organization. Journalists who cover finance are particularly encouraged to apply.
