Bahawalpur Holds a Distinguished Place in Academic and Cultural Heritage — Dr. Rao Muhammad Afzal Khan
Bahawalpur, November 11: Former Vice Chancellor of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Professor Dr. Rao Muhammad Afzal Khan, visited the Regional Information Office Bahawalpur. On this occasion, he extended his best wishes to Dr. Nasir Hameed, Director Public Relations Bahawalpur Division, and Nauman Masood Khan, Deputy Director Public Relations, on their recent postings in Bahawalpur.
During the meeting, President of the Rural Media Network Pakistan (RMNP) and Editor-in-Chief of Daily Nawa-i-AhmedpurSharqia, Mr. Ehsan Ahmed Sehar, was also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rao Muhammad Afzal Khan said that Bahawalpur holds a distinguished position in terms of its academic and cultural heritage, and the role of the Department of Information and the media is of great importance in promoting and preserving this heritage.
