Senior journalist from Khyber Agency injured in firing
PESHAWAR, Khyber Agency’s senior journalist A
sustained injuries in an attack by unidentified armed men in Peshawar.Police said unidentified armed men opened fire on the vehicle of Mr Shinwari in Hayatabad Phase-3 on Tuesday night at around 11 PM ( september 8, 2015)due to which the senior
journalist from Landikotal area sustained a bullet wound in foot. He was taken to Hayatabad Medical Complex where his condition was stated to be out of danger.It is pertinent to mention that Abdul Azam Shinwani had recently moved to Peshawar from Landi Kotal, his hometown in the nearby Tribal Areas, for security reasons.
